The day
Three Princess yachts travelled north together as one fleet, each family living aboard its own boat with private cabins and galleys. A shared Axopar 37 broke off for fishing, wildlife watching and poking into smaller bays along the way. Some nights were spent tied up at marinas with fuel and showers close by, others anchored alone in silent rainforest coves with nothing but mountains and still water around the boats. Along the way there was fishing off the back deck, a halibut landed proudly on the dock, full-moon evenings, and fleet dinners together as the group moved from Johnstone Strait through Desolation Sound and home.

- 10:00 AM PTJohnstone Strait area — After leaving Campbell River, the fleet approaches Seymour Narrows.

Day 11 · Tue, Aug 11, 2026
- Whole DayGreat Bear Rainforest anchorage — After several days in the same region, the yachts can establish a more settled fleet arrangement.
Each Princess remains an independent family home while the boats anchor close enough to maintain a shared social base.

- 10:00 AM PTDent Island — The fleet continues south toward Dent Island.
The surrounding waterways are known for powerful tidal rapids, rocky shorelines, cliffs, and dramatic coastal scenery.
